Refunds & cancellation

You can cancel future renewal from Account & Billing. Unless a different remedy is required by law or confirmed by support, cancellation stops future automatic charges while access already paid for continues until the current billing cycle ends.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed using authoritative Razorpay and keyboard.wtf ledger evidence, including payment status, duplicate charges, service delivery, refunds or disputes, and applicable law. A checkout screen or browser callback alone is never treated as proof of payment.
